Your new role
As Facility Coordinator/Manager, you will be part of a team (either staff member, or account lead, depending on level of experience & seniority) working on-site at a global client in Tokyo. Responsible for managing all FM services.
What you'll need to succeed
Min 3-5yrs FM experience, ideally with an international client. Fluency in Japanese and min business level English. People/vendor management experience a plus. Must be currently based in Japan, if non-Japanese citizen.
