Project Management (meeting agendas, tracking key deliverable and action items, reporting, maintain operational metrics or KPIs for the business, change management, create & implement office processes & procedures, etc.)
Facilities Management Operation support (AGM support, admin support for client sites.)
Urgent on site support for unexpected absence of on site staff
Management of complex calendar and scheduling requirements.
Management of the business' annual calendar or \Event planning for staff meetings, business planning meetings, off-sites, all-hands, and/or external facing events
Presentation slide preparation support
Expenses, budget management
Communication Management (internal communications and announcements, presentation edits, internal & external email communications, etc.).
Document writing, editing, and readiness
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bachelor's Degree
Impeccable attention to detail.
Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency.
Demonstrated success helping drive key deliverable of the business.
Ability to quickly learn organizational structure and the objectives of the team.
Strong organizational and communication skills with a high level of integrity and discretion.
Strong team orientated philosophy, and problem solving skills.
Highly motivated, organised individual who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Pleasant personality and ability to work while having fun in an ambiguous environment.
