Required Skills, Experience

• Hands-on experience in SFDC administration
• Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, validation rules, custom tabs, Visualforce pages and reports/dashboards according to business requirements
• Knowledge of supporting Marketing Automation (Sales and Marketing Cloud) and Customer Service (Service Cloud) will be highly regarded
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to give optimal solutions
• Ability to work in multinational diverse environment
• Ability to lead, advocate and collaborate across various functions - at all levels
• Management of external partners including offshore
• Exceptional business communication skills both in Japanese and English
• IT Project Management skill (especially Agile method)
• Expertise in ETL, BI, Data Warehouse (SQL etc) functionality
• Knowledge of the medical device or pharmaceutical industry is a plus

Education/Qualifications

• Relevant Business / Information Technology degree or at least 5 years of relevant experience
• General understanding of IT Infrastructure tools, technologies, concepts and nomenclature
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or business related discipline
• Salesforce certification
• Project Management Certification
