Your new role
As a client support specialist, you will need to analyze and respond to inquiries from clients, communicate directly with current clients as a product expert, assist with new client account setup, and provide the sales team with technical/product support. There is no shift work, so very good work-life balance.

What you'll need to succeed
New graduates with great passion is welcomed. Customer support experience or sales assistant experience is preferred. Native Japanese is a MUST, English skill is a big plus.
