Your new role
As a customer support agent, you'll be responsible for:
1) Receiving emails, phone inquiries from customers and help solving technical problems
2) Help with compliance, coordinates issues received from customers to the right division
3) Set up the security system for new users
What you'll need to succeed
1) 5+ experience in customer service
2) Middle level IT skill (e.g. good with Microsoft Office, Word, PPT, Excel)
3) Native Japanese, conversational English
