Customer Service Center Manager

Our client is a leading & a global manufacturer that deliver superior sales, service, technical training, and support to its customers and sales network in Japan.

Your new role

Management and supervision of the entire business of the customer service center (order entry, delivery date response and quotation for standard products, invoice issuance). Analyze day-to-day business data within the team and constantly work to improve performance and processes to better support customers and internal stakeholders.

Client invoice management.

Set and achieve goals at the customer service center based on company policy and business strategy

Responsibility to maintain business standards through staff management and supervision, appropriate evaluation and advice of business performance

Process reforms that analyze day-to-day operational data within the team and include appropriate resource allocation

What you'll need to succeed

Management experience or similar management experience in call center, contact support and customer service.

Logical thinking & problem solving ability,

Be able to handle & take escalated customer calls

Ability to negotiate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

MS office / Microsoft skills Knowledge of SAP will be preferred
