The main focus for this role would be to provide customer service to a broad range of clients and ensure the fast and effective management of hardware/software issues.

You’ll need to demonstrate relevant previous experience in Customer Support, as well as:
  • Bilingual Fluency in both English and Japanese, must
  • A great communication skill
  • Passionate and curious about FinTech
