Your new role
As a Compliance Assurance AVP, you will join an experienced and specialized team, you will be testing, monitoring and helping to improve the firm's first and second lines of defence measures and processes.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have:
- A proven track record within another global broker bank, with some years either in compliance, internal audit, or market facing risk/finance capacity
- Native level Japanese communication skills and business level English
- Analytical mindset and approach to problems and data management
- Good stakeholder management ability
