Your new role
Created in late Spring 2021, you will be joining a brand new team, created at a top financial advisory firm to meet growing client demand. Specializing in compliance advisory for clients undergoing M&A projects, you will provide preparatory and post merger integration advice and consultancy. If you are still junior level in your career, you will be assisting the managers and learning everything you need to know to become an expert yourself. At more senior levels, you could be leading projects yourself, and helping this new, rapidly growing team to hire multiple new members.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you will have:
- 2-4 years of Big4, consultancy, and/or compliance-related experience for junior - mid level
- 4+ years of Big4, consultancy experience, with a focus on compliance and regulatory issues, for senior and manager level (experience leading projects preferred for manager level)
- Previous experience / working knowledge with M&A projects will help you with a flying start in this role, but it is not a requirement
- Fully fluent Japanese language communication skills and business level English
