・Manages all clinical operational and quality aspects of allocated studies in compliance of ICH-GCP and J-GCP.
＊To be responsible for operationg clinical trials including financial management and line management of CRAs.

・Coach and train of young CRAs.


What you'll need to succeed

• CROでのプロジェクトマネージャー、ラインマネージャーまたは、臨床チームリーダー（臨床オペレーションリーダー）経験1年以上
• グローバル試験の事前施設選定からデータ固定まで一貫して対応した経験
• CTMSの使用経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語（Reading/Writing/Listening/Speaking）
• 専門学校・短大・大卒・院卒以上
