Essential Task
1. Analyze/Report Monthly Financials to KMJ MD/APAC/Global
2. Budgetting/Business Planning/Monthly RFC
3. Partner with MD for Financila/HR Strategic Initiatives
4. Develop System/Process for Finance/HR
Qualification
1. 3 years Gaishi Japan Controller (Financial Manager) experience
2. Experience for Japan HR/IT head is a plus
3. Japanese/English communication both for Writing/Verbal
4. Strategic Business Mindset
5. IFRS experience
6. ERP implementation experience is a plus
7. Manufacturing Cost Accounting experience
