Call Centre Manager

No.1 hair care company in Japan is again growing and looking for Call Centre Manager.
Your new role

  • Overall management of the support center (contact center) for men's and women's hair care
  • KPI setting, progress management and improvement
  • CRM analysis and management
  • Introduction of new systems and response services
  • Expansion of channels as a contact center
  • Connect with promotion and EC to improve products and services.
  • Attendance management, training and guidance for operators, etc.

What you'll need to succeed

  • At least 5 years of experience in call center or support center operations (inbound/outbound)
  • Experience in handling B to C products (high value products, worries products, high value services, etc.).
  • Experience as SV or call center manager
  • Experience in CRM analysis, improvement, and sales improvement.
  • Experience in call center operations in a variety of fields (inbound, outbound, etc.)
