・評価等制度の運用業務（ Global 制度、 Local 運用等、各種制度に則った運用）
・評価に関連するデータの管理・集計やビジネス側への提供や問い合わせ対応、ビジネス側の評価とそれに伴う評価・昇格・昇級等の決定に至るまでの運用サポート、評価者やカウンセラーの教育、報酬改定運用への連携
・評価等制度・運用の改定に伴う、その制度の説明会開催や各種問い合わせ対応など社内浸透に向けた活動
・ Global 、 APAC や Japan Region における運用についての議論や会議への参加と該当メンバーとの連携
