Your new company
Operation of a 100% B2B chat application. It offers a wide variety of functions that enable comfortable and efficient communication using text, images, and voice. It is currently used by 5,500 major companies in Japan, mainly foreign-affiliated companies, and greatly facilitates business communication.

Your new role
Key responsibilities
- Develop strategies for growth and activation of sales activities based on market and competitive research
- Develop new customers and cultivate existing customers in cooperation with marketing, inside sales, channel sales, and partners for the territory accounts for which you are responsible
- Find the business pipeline through a variety of ways such as;
o Cold Call
o Networking
o SNS
o Industry related events
o Emails
o Marketing campaigns
- Listen to the users and propose appropriate solutions
- Seek opportunities to get them to use the tool
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to constantly identify business opportunities
- Identify customer needs and make customized recommendations based on their requirements
- Maintain a balance between return on investment and technical functionality
- Maintain good relationships with customers (in cooperation with the Customer Success Team)
- Stay one step ahead of potential risks and opportunities
- Understand and execute the proposal-to-close sequence

What you'll need to succeed
- College degree or higher
- Minimum 4 years Business Development experience
- Hybrid sales experience with new and existing clients
- Experience building rapport with new clients
- Proven sales experience using tele-appointments and email
- Effective presentation and communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving performance-based bonuses (KPI's), sales, and other numerical results
- Cross-functional work experience

What you'll get in return
Estimated salary: 8.0M~14.0M Yen
