Management
- In line with the global and regional strategy, develops strategic plans identifying Information Technology applications to support business plans or create new strategic options.
- Control good execution of IS local policy and suggest adjustment as and when needed
- Attend meetings with Brands Management and various teams when requested, to understand expectations, adjust action plan accordingly
- Participate to ad-hoc projects initiated by the company.
- Controls the information systems expense budget to contribute to a cost effective operation.

For local Projects (ex : Line integration, local platforms or systems) under his/her management
- Validate specifications
- Review vendors proposals
- Define resources and calendar
- Manage and execute IS projects by controlling expense budget and resources.

For Central & Regional projects (Digital, Retail, ERP, BI)
- Support roll-out through fit / gap analysis contribution
- Take ownership on system understanding & local support
- Coordinate with local business stakeholders requirements gathering, prioritization to submit to central or regional team
- Coordinate testing & production go live with local stakeholders
- Coordinate closely with Regional & Central teams for support & maintenance

System maintenance
- Define maintenance procedure and calendar
- Monitor and control proper execution of tasks

HR - for the persons under his/her responsibility
- Control deliverables
- Allocate resources according to needs
- Plan tasks according to priorities defined by IS Manager
