This role is available at junior, intermediate or senior level. Principal level is the next stage up but usually only attained through internal promotion due to the product knowledge and training needed.

What you'll need to succeed
- Bilingual (fluent Japanese, fluent English) *
- Experience in any of the following : databases, data platform, data warehouse, data migration, ETL tools
- Experience in Cloud Computing environment (AWS, GCP, Azure...)
- Scripting/coding experience in Python or Java
- Strong customer advocacy and support skills
- Experience in Internet Security, Networking Technologies and Protocols
