Your new role
- Provide admin support to the Sales team
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
- Resolve customer complaints
- Provide quotations in a timely manner
- Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with customers
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent customer service skills with at least 7 years experience in B2B environment
- Experience in CRM preferred
- Familiar with order management
- Has worked at Gaishi in the past What you'll get in return
