For this position, they are looking for a new assistant leader to join the Branding and Creative Management Division

Your new role
As an assistant leader, you'll be responsible for:
1) Budget management and expense reimbursement
2) Application and coordination work related to purchasing, contracts, etc.
3) Various arrangements and procedures related to personnel transfers
4) General affairs and support for department members
5) Liaison in coordination and collaboration with other departments l Preparation of various documents
What you'll need to succeed
1) At least 5 years of experience as a personal assistant, department assistant, or general manager
2) Experience in management and leadership, or experience in leading members and coordinating with related departments under your own authority
3) Basic PC skills and IT literacy
4) Business Japanese, Business English
