Your new role
- Strategic Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and management across APAC learning functions to ensure the provision of effective learning services and operations, providing professional guidance, advise and support throughout the organization at all levels, and work with learning outsourcing team in Europe.
- Business alignment and capability gap analysis: Work closely with the business and HR (across Learning function /Region/ local OpCos) to define business priorities and key capability gaps.
- Design and Development: Select appropriate design models for solutions identified on the learning plan and Manage overall resources, allocating design resources to APAC projects as required and ensuring overall governance of these resources - meeting deadlines, quality standards etc.
- Learning Plans: Implement the learning plan, carrying out all elements of the learning cycle to deliver quality solutions to required timelines by working closely with Europe-based learning team
- Facilitation: Facilitate all aspects of assigned learning blended solutions across APAC and Provide coaching support for delegates either as part of solution delivery or as dedicated interventions.
- Evaluation: Work with APAC team to continuously evaluate the impact of regional learning programs and plans, reviewing changes in priorities to deliver agile solutions and ROI

What you'll need to succeed
  • Ability to implement learning strategy and learning operational requirements, addressing and prioritizing overall Learning needs, promoting leading practices
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable navigating organizational dynamics.
  • Strategic planning and implementation. This includes proven ability to manage complex projects and to maximize the use of efficient resources across a number of countries
  • Able to work in a matrix organization with proven experience in managing regional and local learning needs and priorities
  • High-Level Presentation / Facilitation Skills.
  • Able to manage teams in multiple locations virtually, promoting engagement and two-way communication, and insight when to escalate potential issues and/or concerns
  • Experience in High-Level implementing and contributing to change programs and initiatives
  • Resilience: the inability to manage multiple and shifting priorities in a fast-paced and challenging environment, with confidence to be able to diplomatically challenge and provide guidance as appropriate
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Business acumen and presence; ability to communicate business knowledge and technical information clearly at all levels
  • Degree / advanced degree level in HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience
