As a team assistant, you will need to handle admin tasks including:
  • Schedule Management, managing invoices
  • Creating report template for the team
  • Handling phone calls, greeting visitors/ guests
  • Using Word/ Excel to manage customer data

What you'll need to succeed
  • Native Japanese, Business English
  • Administrative experience of at least 1 year
  • Intermediate MS Office
  • Fast learner, team player, strong hospitality mindset
