Our client is a global leader focusing on investment and real estate management.

Your new role

Providing administrative & office support to sales team

Schedule management / adjustment, business trip arrangement

Coordination with customers (meetings, entertainment, etc.)

Supporting visitors from home and abroad, accompanying on-site inspections and dinners

Negotiations and exchanges with internal members

Ordering equipment, ordering business cards, arranging telegrams and flowers, arranging delivery to home and mail, creating various greeting cards, applying for approval, etc.

Luncheon, dinner arrangement, team event arrangement

Meeting management, agenda maintenance, material preparation, minutes preparation, etc.

Preliminary management such as reimbursement of small teams

Management and operation of committees related to the team Other work requested by the superior's judgment or work incidental to the original work



What you'll need to succeed

Those who can work independently and take on challenges enthusiastically

Standard PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Those who have worked in related industries, foreign affiliated companies and multinational companies.
Junior candidates are WELCOME (2-3 years professional working experience)

University graduate / Bachelor’s degree holder

Native Japanese, Business level English

Person who has a sense of responsibility as a professional and can work on all tasks
