Account manager

[Responsibility]
• Win new customers and establish new business relationships by gaining trust and identifying customer needs
• Educate existing clients on the refined suite of the products, including augmented reality solutions and transformative operational technology
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to prevent churn and discover opportunities for increasing revenue
• Run effective meetings and deliver strong presentations to promote the products and solutions
• Support bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast process, including pipeline analysis, data validation, and identify gaps and actions required
• Reach quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company’s yearly growth expectation

[Requirement]
•5+ years sales experience in key account management, enterprise or channel sales
•Strong oral and written fluency in English, ability to construct professional emails and proposals
•Experience selling software products/ licenses to enterprise-level organisations
•High analytical capabilities and collaboration skills in order to achieve a shared goal
