Your new company
Our client is an established American equipment business with highly competitive products. You will be joining a small, yet well aligned management team.

Your new role
You will cover all aspects of HR including training, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement and many other items. You will work closely with Managing Director and APAC leadership.

What you'll need to succeed
- 8+ years of HR Management experience in MNCs
- Fluency in English & Japanese
- Some knowledge in Korean labor market is helpful but not must
- High level of communication skills
