仕事内容
1. Being adviser to hosted businesses on:
a) Driving/facilitating finance control and follow-up process to optimize and challenge business performance with business units
b) Analyzing sales revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and other financial indicators
c) Preparing the financial reports and ensure that all required reports are submitted accurately and on time
d) Supporting budgeting and analyzing
e) Advising and improving operation work and system process from Accounting to Reporting, Order to Cash and Purchase to Pay
2. Manage the interaction with external interfaces (consultants/advisors, local authorities, etc)
3. Supporting the development and update of the accounting system and related procedures.
4. Risk management on controlling points for finance activities
5. Overall control of the financial management and business
6. Serve as a key point-of-contact with local authorities, liaise, coordinate and facilitate any scheduled and ad-hoc audits / inspections

対象となる方
・大卒
・外資系企業又は日系の海外拠点を持つ企業で10年以上の財務経理経験
・部下マネジメント経験
・ERP使用経験（SAP優遇）
・ビジネス英語力（会話力は意思疎通が図れる程度）

オファー内容
※想定年収：900万円～1300万円
※勤務時間 ：9:00～17:15 （所定労働時間：7時間0分）休憩時間：75分
フレックスタイム制有り（コアタイム 11:00 ~ 15:00）
※週2日在宅可能
※休日・休暇：完全週休2日制（休日は土日祝日）
年間有給休暇10日～10日（下限日数は、入社半年経過後の付与日数となります）
年間休日日数126日
