Your new role
You will lead all recruitment initiatives in Japan including Mid Career recruitment and New Graduates recruitment for Office and Boutiques, develop recruitment strategies of the company and hiring plan, develop the Talent Acquisition team members and manage RPO, in order to recruit capable talents and strive to meet expected service levels and business performance goals. You will work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition team to roll out sourcing initiatives and share best practices. The recruitment database will be managed sufficiently, and you are expected to provide reports upon the requests from your stakeholders
You will collaborate with relevant stakeholders in creating recruitment strategies and implementing agreed action plans, maintain current candidate market, legal and recruitment trends and implement those into recruitment strategies. Interview and evaluate candidates for employment factors such as job experience, education and training, knowledge, skills and abilities, organizational culture considerations, and other important points. Also, you will check professional references and drive other candidate due diligence activities in compliance with the recruitment operating procedures.
As our Talent Acquisition team is continuing to improve systems, processes and install a direct sourcing model, you will be involved with guiding our HRBPs and Hiring Managers on tactics and processes, such as Hiring Manager Training
What you'll need to succeed
- people management experience about 5-6 people (Managing temp staffs is also fine).
- Vendor Management experience
- 3+ years of TA experience
