【Position】
Account manager

【Responsibility】

Engage to the relevant prospects and conduct the value selling of the solutions
Identify the applicable partners, build the relationships and close the opportunities through the partners
To Manage to budget, mentor and lead direct report team while carrying and contributing to quota achievement
Work closely with relevant sales and marketing teams in order to effectively build the pipelines
Build the GTM Strategy in this specific segment
Identify, develop & execute sales & account plans to achieve effective penetration

【Requirement】

Advanced Japanese (Native speaker) as you will have to work closely with Japanese partners
Business level of English as you will be working with a Global team
At least 10 years relevant and successful track record of disciplined sales execution adhering to proven sales methodologies for leading teams, forecasting, managing pipelines, and closing business in Enterprise selling or Direct Sales experience selling IT solutions through distribution network
Experienced in managing large complex solution sales, and working with other partners and systems integrators
