The Role
The identified resource is expected to manage the end to end sales activities particularly to acquire the new logo accounts, including pre-sales marketing activities such as prospecting and networking with the potential accounts.

Key responsibilities:
· Connect the prospect accounts and find their seeds/needs.
· Generate the sales leads.
· Make effective proposals with coordinating the relevant internal stakeholders.
· Negotiate with the clients to close the deals.
· Earn the targeted revenues and contracted values (Bookings) with the appropriate profit level.
· Report the sales status and forecast to both domestic and reginal management when required.

Desired skills:
· Understand the trends in the relevant market and industries we face
· Understand the services/solutions/offerings accordingly.
· Understand the current IT/Digital trends.
· Good capabilities to understand client demands.
· Good engagement skills with clients.
· Good communication skills in a global organization.
· Mental toughness to challenge new fields and to grow the business.
· Preferred the experience in either BPO, IT/Digital solutions or consulting particularlyin the space of customer experience (preferred).
· Should be Analytical/logical.· Proven track records to large size sales deals to achieve the targets such as revenues.
· Understand the processes in B to B solution sales.
