Purpose of the Job

Guiding optimization and cost effectiveness related to standardized, automated and simplified global finance processes (in order to make it easier to work).

Guiding compliance standards within Finance Controlling and operational standards for non-streamline companies

Ensuring accurate and timely reporting processes based on the above accounting principles across performance units and legal entities One point of contact for Finance Business Partner organization related to all finance controlling and accounting matters.
Responsible for financial controlling in one or few entities.
This role will be based in our office in Hamamatsu, Japan.

Skills and Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree or above or equivalent work experience

Must have 3+ years of experience in accounting, budgeting, or financial control, auditing and/or financial reporting

Be able to demonstrate ability to clearly communicate complex issues across a broad audience

Can understand and process tax returns

Native Japanese with the ability to communicate in English on an average to business level
