Your new role
-Handle social insurance, labor management, and attendance management
-Update and maintain the database of personnel information
-Handle yearly tasks such as year-end adjustment and health checks
-Communicate with salary and social insurance vendors

What you'll need to succeed
-3+ years’ experience in HR Ops (especially in social insurance procedure, labor management, and attendance management)
-Bachelor’s degree
-Strong internal and external communication skills
-Native level Japanese and daily English (written and orally)
-Must be a current resident of Japan and will not require visa support

What you'll get in return
-Salary up to 6M (flexible depending on experience)
-Permanent Position -Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Paid leave
-8:30am-5:30pm working hours in the office, will have WFH if the Covid situation changes
