Your new role
Whether in person or over the phone, you will be provide the highest quality service to the customers. The customer's inquiry may be about purchasing a product, checking inventory, or requesting a repair, customers may also ask about the following questions.

  • "I'm not sure which ring to buy."
  • "What is the feel of the product?
  • “What is the feel of the product?”
  • "How do the products feel on the skin?

Must be able to understand the customer's needs and and to convey the design and characteristics of luxury brand in an easy-to-understand manner to the customers.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Have Call Center experience
  • Experience in jewellery or high-brand customer service
