- Provide administrative support to executives and team
- Organize meetings, scheduling appointments/conference calls, make travel arrangements, etc.
- Maintain sophisticated calendar management for executive
- Creating and maintaining the internal/external emails
- Filling, organizing documents and prepare presentation materials
- Translate documents and other materials from Japanese to English
