【Aug 1st start | Yokohama】Bilingual Customer Support Specialist
Currently, a global BPO company is hiring several Customer Service Specialist, and will provide full training.
Your new company
Leading Provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Services in Customer Experience (CX).
Your new role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be working for a Premium Airline Customer to deliver #happier customer experience.
You will handle phone-in / email enquiries of current and prospective members.
Training session will be held in Japanese, but documents and system manuals would be in English.
If you are interested to utilize and skill-up your English skills, this would be a great chance.
Working time: weekdays 8am to 5pm, or 9am to 6pm.
What you'll need to succeed
- Native Japanese, and ability to read and write English.
- Strong interest in airline and customer support.
- Able to commute to Yokohama office everyday.
