【仕事内容】
・Assist search PM in formulating & translating evaluation guidelines, and labeling evaluation data.
・DCG Assessment: Complete weekly and bimonthly assessment of search quality in accordance with evaluation standard documents.
・Strategy Assessment: Use side by side method to complete daily strategy assessment of search quality in accordance with evaluation standard documents.
・Judge users' search needs through query and tools, and sort out the classification of requirements.
・Comb the types of search bad cases and rate the quality of the results.
・Give ideal search results and feedback suggestions for policy improvement.
・Make evaluation report in English.
【応募資格】
・Native or fluent level of Japanese
・Business level of English
・Possesses a bachelor degree
・Passionate to learn about search engines, familiar with SNS
